Residents Rule OK. We are fighting proposals by Crest Nicholson, who have refused to even pass their contact details to the Residents Association to discuss the case, to use the Travelodge (Hills Road) Architect's (Proctor Matthews of London) design, demolish the historic cottages on Fitzwilliam Road, and remove the mature trees to build 408 units on the site.
